The OS, available in a variety of versions for different users, includes new features such as an improved taskbar and media center capabilities. USA Today Sony PlayStation 3 to Receive Netflix Streaming Capability Sony has announced that owners of its current generation gaming console, the PlayStation 3, will be able to stream video content from movie rental service Netflix as early as next month. The PlayStation 3 will join Microsoft's Xbox 360, which has featured Netflix streaming capabilities since late 2008. Digital Trends Barnes & Noble Unveils the 'Nook' Bookstore chain Barnes & Noble unveiled its own electronic reading device, the Nook, at a news conference Tuesday.
