Online Registration Now Available

Arlington, Virginia 4/16/2008

What:

Ninety-five percent of unused analog TVs are expected to be sold, donated or recycled following the switch to digital television next year, according to new research from the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)®. In fact, the survey shows that consumers reported recycling nearly 30 percent more TVs in 2007 than in 2005 with that trend extending to other consumer electronics products as well.

Examine consumer attitudes on recycling and feelings toward the disposal of electronics and explore the afterlife options for consumer electronics during a CEA webcast on the Trends in CE Reuse, Recycle and Removal Study.
