Today in the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, three leading trade associations – the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)®, Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) and The Wireless Association (CTIA) – will support the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) order implementing the broadcast television spectrum incentive auction.
