Goal 1: To identify and/or develop two market research initiatives focusing on consumer satisfaction with the after sale service experience.

Goal 2: To increase participation in the SCCC so that the member companies represent over 50 percent of the market share in the consumer electronics industry.

Goal 3: To develop and/or distribute one training and education initiative focusing on CE products and to have two manufacturers and/or retailers commit to usage of the tool.
