Overview In November 2005, the Services & Customer Care Council (SCCC) was formed after merging three CEA member groups: the Customer Care Council, the Product Returns Special Interest Group and the Services & Support Committee. Moving forward, the SCCC will incorporate the goals of all three groups – to build stronger customer relationships, remedy products returns in the CE industry, and support and promote electronics education. CEA members can find the most up-to-date information on the SCCC on our Members-Only website. |
