Video Division

CEA's Video Division takes the lead in public policy concerns, offering up-to-date consumer and retail education, and working diligently on developing standards in this evolving category.

Key Initiatives:

Ultra HD TV - Driving awareness of UHD TV among industry and consumers.

3D Content - Encouraging 3D content creation and carriage, and drive awareness of 3D.

Accessibility - Supporting industry-driven solutions to ensure innovative technologies and services are accessible to disabled consumers. CEA’s Accessibility Resource Initiative provides members with public policy updates and advocacy before the FCC and Congress on issues of accessibility and disability rights.
