About the International Department The global market for consumer electronics is nearly $618 billion in retail (CEA/GfK), with the U.S. accounting for almost 24 percent of the total. In recognition of our global industry, CEA has initiated an International Department to advance relationships with associations and other organizations abroad, while also seeking potential partnerships with new international trade shows. The department also helps to shape CEA’s international trade strategies, develops programs for CEA members interested in international business and manages the association’s operations in China.
