Executive Board
The Executive Board consists of the chair, vice chair, past chair, industry executive advisor, five unrestricted at-large members, two at-large members drawn from the small business or divisional chairs, and the chair and vice chair of the Divisional Executive Board.

Board of Industry Leaders
The Board of Industry Leaders meets three times annually to review the state of the industry and determine CEA strategic goals to assist the industry and members. The Board of Industry Leaders shall be responsible for electing the Executive Board of the association.
